KNOWN ISSUES

1. In the most current Release Candidate 1
release of the Windows Server 2003 (formerly
known as Windows .NET Server) operating
system, the Messenger service is disabled by
default. To use the Alert Manager Network
Message alerts on a Windows Server 2003, you
must first start the Messenger service.
Refer to your operating system documentation
for information on how to do this.

2. When installing Alert Manager 4.7 on the
Windows XP Pro SP1 or Windows Server 2003
   (formerly Windows .NET) operating systems,
entering a valid user name and password on
the "Service Account Information" dialog box
   may cause the following error:

   - "The account for McAfee Alert Manager
      does not have sufficient rights"

This error may occur even if you have
entered a valid user name and password. If
you have entered a valid user name and
password and see this error, ignore it.
Click "OK" and continue with the
   installation.
