____________
Known Issues

1. If Macro Protection is disabled by a user, RmvEmbed
    will enable it after execution.

2. If multiple PowerPoint files are open on a workstation
or server the RmvEmbed.ppt may hang.

3. RmvEmbed will not remove PowerPoint Macro's.

4. Embedded objects will be upconverted to the version of
Office in which the RmvEmbed utility is opened.

5. Word95 embedded objects may have their Layout change because
    of up converting.

6. All previous versions of PowerPoint files that are opened with
the RmvEmbed.ppt will be upconverted to the version of Office
in which the RmvEmbed utility is ran.

7. If explicit variable declaration is enabled in Word's and
Excel's VBA options an OPTION EXPLICIT statement will be added
to each module of cleaned embedded Word 97 and Excel 97 OLE
objects. We recommend disabling explicit variable declaration
in order to avoid this issue.

8. A stack overflow error (error 6) was seen while scanning one
of the presenations included in our test set. The error was
probaby caused by the very complex structure of said file.
However, the error only occurred using Powerpoint 97. If you
get such an error message we recommend using Powerpoint 2000.

9. XF-type viruses like XF/Paix can neither be detected nor
cleaned by RMVEMBED. Such viruses do not infect code modules
but spreadsheets using Excel 4 macro language. This makes
    them invisible to RMVEMBED.

10. If infected objects belong to a shape group the virus will not
be detected because the suspicous object type cannot be determined.

11. RMVEMBED is unable to detect viruses in Excel or Word objects
embedded to a Powerpoint object which itself is embedded into
the presentation file. RMVEMBED only scans the first layer of
    embedded objects.
